I finished the campaign, thank you!
I liked everything except for the 4th mission. Personally, I don't find artificially extending the gameplay by increasing the map size and making navigation difficult particularly enjoyable. And then you have to visit all the upgrade locations, which is just a nightmare for completionists.
It's similar to Zehir's 4th mission (where he's with Godric and Faidaen), only even more tedious. In my opinion, if you're going to make "unifying" missions, they should be in the format of the mission with Isabelle, Frida, Ilia, and Wolfstan in "Lords of the North." A small but packed map, each with their own route, and then they switch.
In the end, I gave up and just completed this mission using a teleport cheat.

The final boss is moderately challenging. Alex dealt with him without any particular problems thanks to his ability, but Cyrus and Alaron lost over half of their army (and that's despite both having center perks).
