Why does everyone think I'm at war with Canamia... the rhetoric was quite the opposite. Why would I want to kill Axel? Rather, I'd be sweet-talking him so he could sweet-talk Mariarnelia into forming an alliance with Swordgard against the enemies of Tezoth. Because there are a hell of a lot of enemies. And they are very strong. Nobody can carry solo while sitting in the center of the map. And the throne matters can be settled later. Sithian magic inside, Sithian magic outside, but even with the combined efforts of Canamia, Swordgard, Olivus, Silverdane, the archipelago, the heroes' village, other minor regions, and, say, Florenzan, it's not a given that we'll defeat Revnland, Stratos, and the Knight of Friendship. Not to mention other potential enemies like Albus and the monsters of Regret.
