Attempt to add new spells and skills.

I tried to add another skill... almost a placeholder, which was supposed to contain a buff for forest rage. I defined it in Types.xml. I formatted it in Skills.xdb. But nothing happens (the skill doesn't appear). Let's wait and see if you manage to get it working.
