You need to approach this with understanding, but still try to explain how to behave in OFFE. I have tried many times to explain that On and Off modes are very different, and that the codes of honor may be interpreted differently in each.
Probably some people thank you, and some accuse you of imposing your opinion – the question is that everyone has their own point of view, and each person will adhere to it... Sometimes you want to help, but it's useless – I think you know this firsthand :)

That's why I realized that until I step over my "code of honor," I won't get good results in offline tournaments.
I disagree!!! A code of honor gives you a lot, first of all, to yourself. You are an individual, not dependent on anyone, and you, of course, like everyone else, have principles – you shouldn't deceive yourself.
And you will get results – just give it time ;)
I don't have enough time or patience to, for example, replay the same map and improve my result, but playing it once and adhering to my "code of honor" doesn't give good results.
This plays completely against you! You know this yourself... Replaying it for an hour, even just 3 times, will teach you more than playing for 8 hours...:)

What if we create an "Octagon" league in any tournament – a so-called "no-rules fight." All those who want to, or those who don't have the opportunity to replay a map several times to get a good result, can boldly discard their principles and codes of honor and submit their result, indicating that they are playing in the Octagon. There will be no problems – the opponents in this league will be on equal footing and will be able to compete with each other... The idea itself seems sound and shouldn't cause any complaints.
The question is, will there be enough honor to submit your result to the league that corresponds to the principles of the game? What do you think?
No offense, Amber, but I think the idea is "far from sound" – you are personally talking about K0LB@ZZER, yes – the opponent plays with you "on equal terms and under the same conditions," but isn't that what usually happens? – that no one deceives anyone? And you are telling him, K0LB@ZZER, – "go for it..." – I can understand that you want to encourage the person to take action, but you could have expressed it in other words...
