A psychiatrist is sitting in his office. Suddenly, the door opens, and a young man crawls in on all fours, dragging some ropes in his mouth. He crawls up to the desk.
-- Oh, who do we have here? -- the psychiatrist begins to coo. -- Is this a little snake? Crawl here, little snake, and we'll cure you.
-- U-u!! -- the "snake" shakes his head negatively.
-- Well, then, maybe it's a little worm? Come on, little worm, the good doctor will help you.
