Version 3.1
Peaceful and friendly peoples once lived in these lands. Suddenly, a loud roar arose, as if stones were descending from the mountains. Then the earth shook beneath their feet. And amidst the sea, there was a blinding flash of light. Lords with their armies ventured into the sea and discovered an island that had not been there at all. In the center of the island stood a portal. And within the portal was the same island, but with other lords and their armies upon it. While the lords and their armies were on the island, another flash occurred, and they all perished instantly. Only a few managed to survive. Not knowing what had happened, war broke out on both sides of the portal.
