The first Heroes of Might and Magic (1995) has exactly one working cheat code: it reveals the whole adventure map.[1][2]
The code
| Code | Effect |
|---|---|
101495 | Reveals the whole adventure map[3][4] |
The digits are typed directly during a game. Once the map has been revealed it cannot be hidden again in that game.[3]
Codes that do not work
Cheat sites also list numbers for gold, crystals and other effects (for example 101496 or 844690).[4] Long-time players on our forum state that none of them work and that the map code is the only real one.[2][2][1] Asked whether the developers had planned any other codes besides 101495, AlexSpl, author of the fan Tournament Edition, answered that it was unlikely, though he had not checked.[5]
