That means the mod is not installed in the heroes 5 folder. you need to define that manually during mod installation.

Hi MrAudi! This is privilege issue. Run the Map Editor as administrator. You are using the wrong exe to generate map. You need to use either the map editor or MMH55_Utility_64.exe. I would suggest to check this guide .
