And, as I said, all experienced players have gone through games with players who don’t confirm the results; this is a common occurrence.

I also don't understand what "a few games" means. Why is ONE game, which remains unconfirmed for a month, two months, or three months, not being addressed, even though the player continues to play without any consequences or sanctions against them??? Let's also allow cheating a couple of times:D - and only punish them on the fourth or fifth offense:rolleyes:. I don't understand how the parliament hasn't passed laws on legal theft and a limit on murders yet: let's say you can steal three times a year and kill once:D :D :D ...

Please, let's not exaggerate. It all depends on the reasons for the report not being confirmed. Each case is different and usually requires an individual approach. Therefore, you only need to report the unconfirmed report, and then the reasons will be investigated.

So, what happened? Did you find out the reasons for the most significant unconfirmed report this winter (I mean the game between Valentin Wlc777 and Viktor Vigo)? :) And I'm not even mentioning the other 20+ unconfirmed reports...

I propose introducing a panel of judges, to whom the last save of the game day is sent along with the "non-confirming" player — they will decide what the situation is at that game moment and personally inform the Tournament Host that yes, the game took place, they saw the save, the "person who filed the report" is the winner in this situation. (Or something similar)
The judges should be competent players (who know what they're talking about) and who have both in-game and moral authority among beginner, developing players, and just residents of HeroesWorld.

But what about a situation when a seemingly well-respected player (Vigo), clearly losing in the game, uses the slightest excuse in the form of a game crash on his own turn (well, my game crashed, but not on my turn, so at least you can't suspect that I quit somewhere and decided to cheat) to end the match, writes to me in ICQ something like "okay, you can file a report", and then when all saves have already been deleted, it turns out he had no intention of confirming anything, but the report has already been filed and there's no reason to delete it. This casts a shadow on the honesty of the player (me), which is doubly insulting after already forgiving this person for one lost match. So before discussing a panel of judges, some people simply need to learn how to behave like human beings, and then these judges might not even be needed. If he had told me in ICQ right away that he wouldn't confirm, I probably wouldn't have bothered with the report at all and would have forgotten about it soon, but this turned out, to put it mildly, unsightly.
