unfortunately, randomness decided everything. Until the last round, I was probably in the lead, but I got a low-ranked player as my opponent by chance, while my opponent had a high ranking. Nothing depended on me in the end, and if it had been the other way around, I think I would have taken 1st place. And in general, the tournament turned out to be bad for me, with one loss after another. Respect only to GL, with him I had the only normal game in the entire tournament, which is not enough for 7 games. P.s. in general, the question is, how was it determined who would get the DVP (Defensive Victory Point) against the Boss – by flipping a coin or by some program? Maybe automatically. (in any case, this action was the most important in the tournament).

Regarding Stiletto and Yavgen – it seems to me that the punishment is ambiguous; they were also punished (at least, that's how it appears from the text), just like Eldar and Chernobog? But unlike the two mentioned above, they honestly stated that they were withdrawing. Life circumstances can change. For example, Alizhvit announced that he was withdrawing (in the previous tournament), and everyone took it normally – well, the guy couldn't, it just happened that way. NoomThe Swiss system is good, but I think that head-to-head matches are more important than tiebreakers. I suggest making them a priority in the next tournament when points are equal.
