In this thread, decisions of the Arbitration Committee (AK) will be posted after discussion. 1) The_ is trying to appeal a judge's decision in the "Mirrors" tournament. Appeal was filed on 02.01.2016. Decision was made on 09.01.2016. Six out of seven members of the AK participated in the discussion: Redwhait, Nitro, =Stinger=, Mizrael, злой_романтик, Dirty_Player. 2) In the match between Huanito and Chocolate Puma, the latter was caught watching his opponent's stream.

Decision: Considering the first violation, the player's remorse, and his sincere confession, the decision was made to ban player Chocolate Puma from all HW tournaments (including the season) until April 15, 2016. The decision was made on January 15, 2016.

4) A request from skd regarding the disqualification of player Amazing

Decision made on 02/21/16. Disqualification period until 05/12/16.

5) A message from =Lizard= regarding an appeal of the judges’ decision in the “Satellite #1 to CIS-2016 in St. Petersburg” tournament match against Noom.

The decision was made on March 8, 2016.

6) Due to numerous complaints about user GUNAR experiencing frequent disconnections (crashes, power outages, etc.)

Decision: Issue a strict warning to player GUNAR. In case of new complaints about disconnections, he will be disqualified from all tournaments!

P.S.: Regarding disconnections in general. Problems with internet/power/viruses/hardware, etc., are the sole responsibility of the player, and the opponent should not suffer as a result. Resolve your issues BEFORE the game, especially if they occur frequently. In this day and age, any computer problems can be solved quickly and inexpensively.

P.P.S.: This applies to everyone. Players with chronic complaints about disconnections and crashes will be removed from tournaments! :smile33:

7) During the "Urfin Juice and His Wooden Soldiers" tournament, an incident occurred in which player tun7gus7 violated the rules of fair play by disconnecting from the game and changing the turn without his opponent's knowledge.

Decision: Player tun7gus7 receives a yellow card and is also disqualified from all official Heroes World tournaments (including the season) until March 4, 2017. Participation in fun tournaments remains at the discretion of the organizer.

The discussion was attended by 6 members of the AC.
