Assuming that there wasn't any randomness in the gameplay before... There was even a map with a similar effect, the Lord of Flies. It summoned a random follower from three possible options.

Somewhere, a dragon is crying, gently hugging Uroboros. If we're being serious, it's a decent card, but Uric is better because it doesn't require evolution.

Just a light version of Rune Piercing. It might be good in a combo, I guess.

I like it. It's very unexpected. And yes, it's a light version of Flylord. Only, it gave Rush to the Bane, and also Storm and Lifesteal.
Mage of Nightfall (Runecraft), Ability text — Earth Rite: Gain +1/+1 and Ambush.
More dirt cards for the dirt god. Well, I don't know. Dirt is strong with Wards, in my opinion.
Dragonslayer's Price (Dragoncraft), Ability text — Discard your hand. Then deal 5 damage to all followers.
But in RoB, such cards in the Enhance deck summoned all sorts of powerful creatures. This one could summon a dragon.
Prince Catacomb (Shadowcraft), Ability text — Fanfare: Give all allied followers Last Words: Summon a Skeleton.
It's a small thing, but it's annoying if you're not playing against an army of Urocs. I wonder, does it overwrite the Last Words of other cards or does it add to them?
Mask of the Black Death (Bloodcraft), Ability text — Countdown (5) Whenever your leader takes damage, reduce the damage to 0 and subtract the same amount from this amulet's Countdown instead. (If there is more than 1 allied Mask of the Black Death in play, subtract this amount from the Countdown of each).
Ugh, it's bad if it subtracts from all of them, but otherwise it's a decent card.
Octobishop (Havencraft), Ability text — At the end of your turn, restore 3 defense to this follower. (Evolved text — At the end of your turn, restore 3 defense to this follower).

I like it. It's very unexpected. And yes, it's a light version of the Fly Lord. Only there, the rush was with the Banana, and also with the Storm and the Drain.

It adds. I once added the last word to Mordekai's Summon Zombie, and it worked.
