I once again greet all those who wish to compete for a share of the tournament prize pool; some may even repeat their success while simultaneously contributing to the development of the HD Mod, as part of the prize fund will be sent to the developer of this service in the form of tips.
All you need to do is register for the tournament.
Good luck to everyone!
I. Registration, Regulations and Deadlines.
1. The tournament will be held using a Double Elimination system with a floating bracket (draw each round).
2. Start date of the tournament: February 6, 2017
3. Registration until February 5 inclusive, by 9:00 PM Moscow time. Applications for participation are submitted in this thread. Registration is considered confirmed after transferring the tournament fee to the person responsible for the prize fund.
4. The tournament fee is 1000 rubles.
5. Time allotted for each round is 3 weeks.
6. In the lower bracket of the tournament, there is a system for re-entry into the tournament (once), which is possible up to the final of the lower bracket. A player who loses a game in the losers' bracket can return to the tournament for a fee equal to N. (N=(600r+№round*300r)/2). For example, re-entering in the 3rd round of the losers' bracket will cost the player (600r+3*300r)/2= 750 rubles.
7. After submitting an application, it is necessary to transfer the tournament fee no later than February 6 to the person responsible for the prize fund.
8. Participation in the tournament or re-entry is only possible after payment has been made.
9. If a player is removed from the tournament for violating discipline, failing to meet deadlines, by their own decision, or by a decision of the AC (Administration Committee), the tournament fee will not be refunded.
10. The draw will take place on the channel http://www.twitch.tv/2bishop
In the tournament application, you must indicate 5 undesirable templates from the list of 13, since there will be 8 templates participating in the randomizer, as well as a convenient time to play.
II. Rules and Templates.
1. By default, games are played according to /topic/10593/. Red Rush is allowed on XL+U templates.
2. By default, the game version is SoD 3.2, which is the latest version at the start of the tournament; Hota can be used with mutual agreement.
SoD is played with the HWrulez patch (it should be installed in the settings); it can be downloaded here: /topic/10609/.
The Mage Guild restructuring is enabled on all templates; the Tower library remains unchanged.
3. The template for each round is determined randomly after the pick and choose phase between players. The template changes after each restart by one of the players and is also determined randomly.
4. Colors are determined during the draw. Whoever goes first in the pair plays red. Castle selection - standard pick, blue starts the pick.
5. Templates for the game:
000 = h3dm1 or mt_diamond
001 = Spider
011 = Mini Nostalgia
010 = 6LM10a
111 = 8MM6a
101 = 8xm12a
110 = diamond
100 = Jebus Cross
If 000 comes up, mirror templates are used; then the castle not chosen during the pick is used, followed by a coin flip: 1-h3dm1, 0-mt_diamond.
The right to choose a hero is decided through bidding, with the possibility of banning 1 hero.
Clarification regarding passages between respawns, bypassing the shifted guard. Passing without breaking is prohibited!!!
On all templates, a chess timer is enabled by default; however, players can agree to use any other timer.
for XL+U templates (8mm6a, 8xm12a, 6lm10a, Spider, h3dm1, mt_diamond) - 21m + 8m + 1m15s
for the Jebus Cross XL-U template - 24m + 8m30s + 1m30s
for Diamond, Mini-Nostalgia, Anarchy templates - 19m + 8m + 1m15s
for 2SM4d(3), Panic templates - 16m + 6m30s + 1m
6. Templates are numbered in binary from 000 to 111 (i.e., a total of 8). Each time we create a game, we flip a coin three times. Let's say it comes up as 100 – this corresponds, for example, to Jebus. We play Jebus. If there is a restart, then we flip three coins again. It comes up as 101 – this is, for example, 8xm12a. Every time the template is random.
7. The current list of templates will be known after the results of the vote among players are announced.
8. Restarts: a maximum of 3 days, or 113, or 112+111, or 111+111+111
