I have been to 3 CIS tournaments, including in Yekaterinburg and Volgograd. Of all of them, Volgograd impressed me the most, and Alex has proven himself to be an excellent organizer.

Prices are very high everywhere, and not everyone has the opportunity to simply travel to any of the 3 cities. People are looking, comparing prices for accommodation, food, and transportation, etc. In my opinion, it's logical for everyone to choose from the 3 options the one that suits them. I'm not campaigning for Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, or Korolev. Three months before the event, there is still plenty of time, maybe a week or two, to consider all the applications. There's no need to rush. I haven't seen any information about discounts from anyone yet. If Vitya is planning something, he needs to give people time, and then we can compare: price, weather, quality of services.
