I think so. The third and fourth missions were similar to the last two missions of Raileigh. I'm playing the fifth elf mission - there's a lot of enemy units, but it doesn't help them.

Yes, the fifth mission doesn't cause any problems with such a well-developed hero, even a huge army advantage for the enemy doesn't help.
