- Military Strength (MS) is used to invade enemy territory or defend one's own lands.
- Nuclear weapons eliminate a unit of land and MS in the specified country.
- A unit of economy can be used to impose sanctions. If a player's economy is below one unit, they cannot perform any actions and do not receive an increase in MS or WMD. It can also be used to transfer to another player.
- Intelligence is used to learn about a player's country.
- There is an option called "diplomacy," which can be used to offer a country an alliance (player names are not mentioned).
- Actions of different types can be performed simultaneously.
- Victory will be achieved only when two Factions remain in the game. Accordingly, one alliance cannot consist of more than two countries.
