Just to clarify, my previous comment didn't have any hidden meaning, and I was genuinely surprised that after receiving intelligence/a post about the reduced damage to Tessar, none of the players checked the old Elulu-Suen build. Otherwise (without buying information from Karel), no one would have known about this ability of these two characters, but it wouldn't have affected its effectiveness.
