In short, Sarnissa casts Earthbind on the infantry. It shocks another armored unit, if it hasn't surrendered yet, and tears Mariho to pieces. Karoline and Dalia pick up the rings from Raing's corpse, while the remaining units go to attack the infantry/shoot at it. Sarnissa can also offer them to surrender. But I would still kill them all so there are no witnesses.
