First, I thought that since the armor is light, it should have 35-40% resistance. Second, the sword should deal 1/4 to 1/5 more damage than the default (well, I don't know if you did that, maybe you added a couple of extra effects (+resistance, indestructibility, +parry), but basically, what's there is enough; you can add something weak, but it's not necessary). Third, the damage from the cleaver should be about a quarter less than the sword's, and it should have some kind of bonus against non-humans/unbelievers (you can also leave that), and most importantly, it should ignore part of the defense. That's why there are two weapons – the sword should be better against everyone except heavily armored enemies; that's why I even attached a picture to it.
