- Oh, is that really me? - The girl approached the table where two people were sitting. - Let me pour some wine. - She took one of the glasses, which were originally intended for the guests. - And what kind of sword is that? - she asked, finishing pouring the wine. - I think I've seen it somewhere before.
- This is Ghost Moon. The best weapon I've ever wielded.
Небо – мольбы не ждёт Небо – угроз не слышит Небо – ведёт особый счёт Небо – тебя найдёт
- I've never heard of it. It sounds... - the girl's face changed as if she had thought of something unpleasant, - ...like something from Kalevria.
- Aha! Righteousness! Well, yes, yes! I've heard of it, of course! It once belonged to Ludwig Erkhart, a legendary paladin who defeated countless enemies of Kalevria. After his death, the sword was passed from one owner to another, but at some point in history, its fate was lost. Imagine, it has finally been found!
- Most likely. And most likely, it will be some other two-handed sword. Unfortunately, I won't be able to fully appreciate either the Moon or the new creation of the brilliant blacksmith: I prefer to hold a shield in my other hand.
Well, why is she just sitting on her island and doing nothing...? Regarding the news in Oeria: if a character goes there and pays a small fee, they can learn about the changes in Thaosia, as well as the fact that Louis ate 1/5 of Kalevritia.

Much has changed over time, not only in the world in general, but also in the mind and soul of Adilika, who spent all this time in seclusion in a modest room in a Tristram tavern. It cannot be said that a heartfelt conversation with a Thilian had a strong influence on the rogue, but even such a minor event left a deep mark on the assassin's soul. It cannot be said that she ultimately came to any adequate or logical decision regarding either the return of the priceless relic or her current situation and service to Elulu-Suen. Despite this, with each passing day, Adilika resisted the insistent inner voices less and less, not hindering them and not trying to drive them away from her weary mind. At first, this did not yield any results, but soon, instead of the usual inner pain, fragments of childhood memories began to appear before her eyes. Increasingly distancing herself from reality, Adilika spent her last days in a semi-dream, recalling more and more events from her own life. And these memories, like a sweet intoxication, filled the wounds in her soul, left as a result of the many hardships that the Thilian had to endure. And one day, the cursed voices fell silent altogether. Instead of the expected violent reaction, Adilika did not react at all to this miraculous event. Something had also changed in the rogue's character. The spark of adventure was extinguished forever in her eyes, but along with it went the few experiences and shocks associated with her beloved amulet. Nothing more held the Thilian back from making this decision. She wanted to gain the long-awaited freedom, far from the hustle and bustle, danger, and excitement. Far from risky adventures, far from the tiresome Covellia, to wander and travel through distant lands. With these thoughts, Adilika renounced the teachings of Elulu-Suen once and for all. The amulet was gone, which meant that nothing more forced her to follow the postulates of the ancient order. Perhaps, someday, the Thilian would find a new faith, capable of breathing new energy into her body and soul, but this would definitely not be soon. But now, she didn't care about that.

A light sea breeze pleasantly refreshed her face; gusts of summer wind swept along the stone terrace, unsuccessfully trying to dissipate the gathered heat. From here, there was a beautiful view of the majestic city, spread out at the foot of a green hill; in the distance, the boundless azure sea waters shimmered in the sunlight; on both sides, mighty city walls surrounded cozy plains, modest groves, and small villages, in which tiny huts could barely be distinguished. Taking a deep breath, Adilika cast a final glance at the curious landscape and walked freely down the slope of the mountain. Would she be able to leave the city, waiting for the return of a familiar Thilian from the arena competitions? Who knows. But the Thilian was certain of one thing - the taste of long-awaited freedom was too close and sweet to let it go so easily. Of course, she had not achieved either fame, wealth, or power, had not taken a place among the Namkhani, had not restored the independence of her captured homeland. All this was, obviously, an unattainable goal for such a tiny and insignificant mercenary, of whom thousands roam the boundless lands of Ertenia. But could the rich, successful, and worthy know the true joy of the smallest successes? Could they be happy to find a thousand linears on the road, could they be surprised to have the opportunity to leave the capital of Ilinar, making successful bets in the arena, drinking and chatting with friends in a small tavern? Definitely, only such an inconspicuous mercenary is capable of this. Only they can be truly free.
