2. When submitting the save for judging, I was 99%, no, 100% sure that I would win. Constantly adjusting and trying to find a time that's convenient for my opponent to play – frankly, it exhausted me.
Has constantly adjusting to the 6 PM deadline every day exhausted you? Playing for 3 hours a day, and then saving the game for you, even on weekends, has exhausted me.
...it would have been worth sacrificing a few hours of work. And there's no need to start talking about how "my job isn't like yours, it's impossible for me."
It's not nice to behave like that. There are different situations. Demanding a victory just because someone didn't manage to finish within the time limit a couple of times is, at the very least, unsportsmanlike.
Dear Appeals Committee,
I would like to address you regarding the result of the game with player Noom in the "Satellite #1 to CIS in St. Petersburg" tournament.
The save was opened and reviewed by me personally only 2 days after the announcement of the result for the following reasons:
1. I have always trusted the highly respected Cobra and Dirty, and considering that I came home extremely tired from 2 jobs and a workout on Monday, I thought that if they said it was a draw, then it really was close to a draw.
2. When submitting the save for adjudication, I was not 99%, but 100% sure that I would be awarded the win. Continuing to strain myself, adjusting to a time convenient for my opponent – frankly, this exhausted me.
I am appealing to the Appeals Committee primarily because of Cobra's very unexpected post, who believes that I (quote) "am making up nonsense and trying to disrupt the tournament."
I want to win this tournament, not disrupt it, just so you know.
I did not make up any nonsense. Regarding the quick summoning of 200 demons and an elixir by my opponent - this is what truly constitutes nonsense.
Regarding the game situation - my win is clear. And that is why I do not want to go to the CIS itself, because its organizer and judge, one of the best people in the Heroes world in my opinion, Cobra, apparently doesn't like me for some reason.

Thank you for your attention, I hope for a victory of truth, even if posthumously, when it will be too late to play the next rounds. I have never disrupted or will disrupt the deadlines of the tournament. When there is really no opportunity to play (participate, judge, etc.), I immediately withdraw in advance and inform all necessary parties.

Kobra comes 2 hours after ODD and behaves as if nothing had happened. When I say I have no time then because I started doing other activities he sees it as a refusal to play. For 4 months I have been writing to Kobra to finish the game and there was always a reason not to play. On 22.03 we agreed to finish the game yesterday at 16 MSK but Kobra hasn't come on time. I waited 1 hour even but he didn't come so I started doing something different.

For me the situation was absolutely clear, we were appointed to playing on 29.03 and there was no information from Kobra that he couldn't come on time. He didn't answer my insistive questions but I don't care why, no information about not coming on time = coming on time, that is simple. It's not that he was offline when I was asking him to confirm the dates, he was having fun on streams and was just ignoring my questions not giving a fuck.
