Dear Appeals Committee,

I would like to address you regarding the result of the game with player Noom in the "Satellite #1 to CIS in St. Petersburg" tournament.

The save was opened and reviewed by me personally only 2 days after the announcement of the result for the following reasons:

1. I have always trusted the highly respected Cobra and Dirty, and considering that I came home extremely tired from 2 jobs and a workout on Monday, I thought that if they said it was a draw, then it really was close to a draw.

2. When submitting the save for adjudication, I was not 99%, but 100% sure that I would be awarded the win. Continuing to strain myself, adjusting to a time convenient for my opponent – frankly, this exhausted me.

I am appealing to the Appeals Committee primarily because of Cobra's very unexpected post, who believes that I (quote) "am making up nonsense and trying to disrupt the tournament."

I want to win this tournament, not disrupt it, just so you know.

I did not make up any nonsense. Regarding the quick summoning of 200 demons and an elixir by my opponent - this is what truly constitutes nonsense.

Regarding the game situation - my win is clear. And that is why I do not want to go to the CIS itself, because its organizer and judge, one of the best people in the Heroes world in my opinion, Cobra, apparently doesn't like me for some reason.

I have never disrupted or will disrupt the deadlines of the tournament.
