After the intensified clan building on our portal, some negative aspects of these actions became apparent. We started arguing with each other, quarreling, and getting offended. Clan affiliation is replacing personal friendship. Therefore, I propose creating an extra-clan, informal association based on the principles of honor and friendship.
The Manifesto of the Heroic International
1 - The Heroic International (HI) is an extra-clan association of portal users.
2 - HI is an unofficial association that does not aim to create another clan.
3 - HI is not built on a clan, racial, or any other differentiating basis, but exclusively on the principle of personal friendship and mutual respect.
4 - The main goal of HI is to maintain good relations between all users and resolve any conflicts between them.
5 - To join HI, you do not need to leave your clan, you do not need to renounce its charter, slogans, and so on. All that is needed is a conscious decision from any user.
6 - The only condition for HI members is honesty towards each other, mutual respect, and a desire to resolve all issues peacefully.
7 - If HI members play against each other, fulfilling their obligations to the clan, they should not turn the duel into a battle, but treat it as a friendly game.
8 - All those who join HI and sign this manifesto undertake additional moral and ethical obligations, expressed in tolerance and respect for everyone, even those not in HI.
9 - As punitive sanctions, HI uses the Wall of Shame, where users will be placed for violating the portal rules, with an indication of the reason.
10 - If a user constantly ignores notifications from HI (on the Wall of Shame), HI has the right to contact the coordinator or Creator with a request to apply sanctions to that user.
11 - The manifesto will be supplemented as proposals from HI members are received.

Teams? But it seems we have teams based on clans...
I don't know, I personally understood it differently; read more carefully what is written in AlexPanka's post: ------------------------------- 2) A draw takes place, and we are divided into teams. ------------------------------- What kind of draw? And in general, there is not a word about clans in his post. Therefore, I personally understood that a draw takes place among the members of the guild, and as a result of the draw, they are divided into teams without taking into account clan affiliation, right?
The goal of this tournament is not to grind ratings. The goal is to give the members of the GI an opportunity to feel like a single team. As it stands, this is purely a formal association. This tournament provides no bonuses (other than gaining personal experience). I absolutely do not want to make it official, and I certainly do not want everyone striving to join the GI just for the sake of the tournament. The thing is, membership in the GI implies certain moral obligations, and I don't want to force anyone to take them on. However, I believe that membership in the GI should be backed by something. Clan matters should be decided by the LZMS, not the GI. The GI focuses on ensuring that members of different clans do not clash with one another and do not violate forum rules. As for the fact that members of different clans may end up on the same team—the better, the more. Interaction will increase. And since victory provides no rewards (other than moral ones), there should be no hard feelings.
Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth...
Not mandatory. There's an option to divide players by skill level to ensure teams are roughly equal.
Versions – we'll discuss this, but there should be at least two: Heroes of Might and Magic II and Heroes of Might and Magic III. Possibly two types of games for each version (e.g., speedrun and skeleton collection).
I still haven't received any real feedback from the Guild members regarding the tournament. If this is no longer relevant, then the tournament will not be held. But I would still like to hold it as a way to unite the Guild members.

Let all the Guild members first show their unity and all participate in at least the third stage of the Van Kanigam tournament. If there is a good turnout there, then maybe things will start to move forward here as well.
I'm not mentioning any specific dates for the tournament yet. We could hold it in December or January, after the Clan Wars are over, so we don't get too complacent.

That's the right approach. Otherwise, you'll be delaying the quorum from the official tournaments :)
