Basically, I'm having a problem with Ubi. The thing is, I can't connect to the server for MANY players. It gives an error message saying that the server canceled the connection, and I get kicked out. Of course, the server isn't canceling anything. When THOSE SAME people try to connect to MY server, i.e., the people I can't connect to, they get the same error and get kicked out of the server. It turns out that I'm just incompatible with them, that is, with MOST of the players! Please help me fix this error, because I'm already tired of it...

Antivirus software, provider settings, firewall... These are the main causes of this problem... And of course, you need to have the same version, either 1.41 or 2.1...

Some people install various mods...

Hey, how do you guys play when you experience lag? The developers didn't think to implement lag compensation or at least a waiting period for the player upon disconnection, like in most well-developed online games. :-( Even a small lag, and that's it!!! Both players are kicked from the game, and you have to start over. And a large number of people are facing this problem!

I personally really love this game, and I had to stop playing it because of this stupid problem. It's unbearable when you spend 40 minutes out of an hour of gameplay just trying to reconnect. And I haven't encountered this problem anywhere else. Everywhere, they implement lag compensation or at least a waiting period of 40-60 seconds upon disconnection. And everything is fine, and there are no problems... But on the forum, it seems like no one is even raising this issue. Either everyone has perfect internet, which I doubt, or they are such hardcore fans that they don't mind reconnecting 15 times during a game.

What is the minimum internet speed required to participate in an online tournament in Heroes of Might and Magic V?

What version of the game do you have? To play on Ubi.com, you need a licensed version 1.6, 2.1, or 3.0.
