Problem with playing Heroes online.

Guys, I wanted to ask: do you have any problems when playing a regular game (not a duel) in Tribes of the East? Personally, I can only play duels. But if I start a regular game, everything seems normal at first: I choose a race, a hero, and a starting bonus. As soon as everything is ready for the game, the loading starts, and the game loads successfully, but: there are terrible glitches! I can only make two moves at most. Then all the animations first slow down (like in the Matrix) and eventually everything freezes, except for that rotating icon under the hero. I tried disabling the firewall and antivirus – it doesn't help. Turning them on (of course, the game is allowed through) also doesn't help. I have a fast internet connection; I don't know the exact speed, but files of tens of megabytes are downloaded in an instant. I don't understand what the problem is...
