Surprisingly, "Aurora" turned out to be more affordable. The same conference hall will cost only 6k per day. There is fishing, and it's free, as well as mini-golf, horseback riding, quad bikes, beach soccer, and volleyball. Soon, Cobra and I will send a request to both "Aurora" and "Raivola" to get an approximate price range, but for this, I would like to know in which types of rooms the forum members plan to stay.
"Aurora" has rooms of various types: budget rooms (for 2, 3, or 4 people), townhouses (for 4 or 5 people), townhouses with a sauna and fireplace (for 6 people), studios for 4 people with or without a balcony, double suites, and 2 elite penthouses, each for 4 people. An approximate price list can be seen in the photo I posted, and they promised me some discounts, but for this, I need to know both the number of people and the approximate "room capacity."
In general, it's probably time for everyone who wants to attend this significant event in the Heroes community to express their opinion and vote on whether they choose Sochi or St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg or Sochi. :)

You probably know better, I haven't been there, I was just judging based on the photos of the dining hall with floral wallpaper, bedside lamps from the 70s, and TVs that are as old as I am, etc. :).
It's hard to say for sure, but this year I hope I can manage without spending a lot of money and make it to this event.
St. Petersburg + Aurora = the perfect combination in my opinion, both in name and description.
As for the room, it's a standard double room, which looks perfectly fine to me.

A double room is ideal – there are no issues with room keys, and the chances of the residents having conflicting intentions regarding drinking or relaxing are lower. Create a short poll regarding the room options to understand how many people want to live where. Then, add 10% to these numbers, and you'll have an objective picture. IMHO.

If they choose "Aurora", I'll book a double deluxe room.

This year, I definitely vote for St. Petersburg. Everything is actually obvious. A huge number of heroes, and what kind of heroes... I won't even try to list them.
Experience in judging and organizing offline events. And in general, I just like them, those rascals, I won't hide it. I hope that all the old-timers will emerge from oblivion this time and honor us with their presence, at least. Well, and if they all start playing too, then it will be the "tournament of my dreams"...
As for AlexXXL, before entering the same river twice, take a look at how someone else enters it at least once. Very soon, perhaps next year, the issue of organizing an offline CIS tournament (in a city without active Heroes players) will become acute. Because finding something in the Moscow region (let alone Samara) that is affordable for the target audience is extremely difficult. There is, however, still Saratov... :smile14:
