You probably know better, I haven't been there, I was just judging based on the photos of the dining hall with floral wallpaper, bedside lamps from the 70s, and TVs that are as old as I am, etc. :).
It's hard to say for sure, but this year I hope I can manage without spending a lot of money and make it to this event.
St. Petersburg + Aurora = the perfect combination in my opinion, both in name and description.
As for the room, it's a standard double room, which looks perfectly fine to me.
