Why isn't there an option to prevent DaU from creating polls?

5k gold for the Fort is usually built after Utopias, when the game is already ending; then the Fort is built to upgrade Angels or something there, and how much will it really give that you all oppose it so much? It will only increase the strategic component in Heroes (spend money on tier 7 creatures or rebuild troops in another town), the Dungeon Portal actually looks way more cheesy, but you play with it!!!!

may not generate enough griffin conservatories and dragon fly hives; the problem is that they are a decisive strategic part of the game. If we take diplomacy for level 1 and 2 creatures, increase growth, and make the fort cheaper, then dragon fly hives and griffin conservatories won't matter as much; these changes essentially won't give that much.
