My election platform:
1) Introduce a quiz in every tournament.
2) Bring politics back to the Tribune.
3) Get Indru unbanned.
4) Lobby for a checkbox to enable underground lava in Hvrulez.
5) Organize a series of tournaments called "Old Timer 2015/2016/2017, etc."
6) Unban Gosh in Hote.
7) Host a CIS tournament in Egypt.
Wow, that's amazing! Our president in Belarus hasn't achieved that much in 25 years.

лето 2012.
The Tournament Committee mainly analyzes tournament games, not ranked games. Also, as it turned out, the Tournament Committee changes the rules, even though it doesn't have the authority to do so. (Of course, Dirty and Pit are currently part of it and change the rules as they please, but they might not always be there.)

P.S. For everyone who wants to change something (restructuring, etc.), membership in the AC doesn't give you that; you can promote these ideas individually with enough enthusiasm and the right approach.
...changing something (restructuring, etc.) doesn't come with membership in the AK...
Not entirely accurate, Mish. The point is that such possibilities should at least be discussed at a serious level, rather than being dismissed outright, like Tibetans dismiss the European way of life.
Not quite right, Mish. The point is that such possibilities should at least be discussed at a serious level, and not immediately dismissed, like Tibetans dismiss the European way of life.
The direction of HD is very correct – it is necessary to improve the gameplay + templates, everything else is from the devil.
Vika's slogans didn't even cause a slight erection, let alone delight. Cobra's statement about unifying the rules seems interesting. Dirty consistently evokes respect for his unwavering stance on controversial issues, as well as his cunning moves, such as this topic, which provoked the exposure of hidden problems and a number of frank statements, mostly not directed at the current administration.
Of the adequate candidates, besides Dirty, I am ready to vote for Nitro and Redwait
...because after the restructuring, ideas like "let's add another battle in the utopias, so that one side has control and the other just gets a captain's hat" will start to emerge...
I really don't understand where these conclusions come from??? Leading esports disciplines are constantly being modified and balanced. Hey, Dota players, tell me, tell me I'm wrong :). But for some reason, Heroes can't be touched at all - it should remain sacred and medieval, everything is correct:smile28:. And people are also spouting such nonsense. One change that genuinely improves the game by 100% (and I'll repeat for the hundredth time that only someone who knows nothing about it, but just wants to talk and add to the "public opinion," would think otherwise) - and all this one correct change will inevitably lead to 1000 other - stupid and absurd - changes. It's just crazy.

Скажу я вам, мои друзья.
Я некромант, я маг великий, и армия моя
Непобедимая, огромная!
Balance shouldn't change the game. Many games are tweaked, but they are tweaked in terms of damage, HP, and speed. They are tweaking the stats. The initial versions of the test environment actually touched on balance adjustments, and then it became less about tweaking and more about adding something new to the game. :smile29: I think these are two different things.
No one is arguing with that, and none of the so-called "competitive players" (who, by the way, have been playing 99% of their games in SoD for the last 3 years) have ever mentioned introducing experience for creatures or classes, i.e., things that really define competitive play. Restructuring the guild of mages is, in essence, not a balance adjustment, but rather a way to save at least 20-25% of games on large maps that could be interesting and highly strategic, but instead turned out to be dull and one-sided. However, if the majority of the forum clearly prefers not the game itself, but victories through map layout, then I will cease all further explanations and arguments.

Regarding "global" changes in the game, I see more drawbacks than advantages in the future. I believe that it will be more difficult to find common ground between players with the "modified" game and "new" players who played on the regular SOD. Different sandboxes are difficult to combine, and regarding the PRO level of championships, I think the rules should bring players to more equal conditions, because while the generator is so random, no changes in the game's physics will equalize the chances of players to 50/50. Perhaps some changes may bring the chances in the game closer to equalization, but I am against this because of the "division of sandboxes"... something like that.
The leading esports disciplines are constantly being modified and balanced.
I see the AC only as a way to help our community, not as an organization with some kind of authority.
