Right here and now, we need to discuss the amount of the mandatory fee, so that people don't act surprised on the spot later and say they hadn't planned for these expenses.
As for side collections from poker, that can and should be discussed on-site!!!
I propose the main fee scheme once again:
Organizers - 20 000 rubles
Participants - 1500 rubles
Spectator - 500 rubles
No fees are collected from women and children.
+ rake from the poker tournament
In my opinion, given the crisis conditions, this is a quite good prize pool, IMHO

And generally, ideally, we could use our 20 000 rubles not for the prize pool, but for some compensations and side expenses for the whole group to reduce the cost of the trip, but that's for the participants to decide)))

I don't know, maybe it's a bit off-topic, but the level of play has become much more even.
The "Charity" tournament is a good example.
It would be very interesting to do the same thing (coins for templates) and, accordingly, increase the tournament entry fee.
