Overall, I ran a test match. I won't be able to provide detailed descriptions as I initially planned, but I do have some information. I'll run the actual tournament after I've added all the players to the game (right now, there are only two, and I'm going crazy with the lag and these stupid console sliders). In anticipation of the Actea Football Championship, a friendly match was held between the national teams of Rex Ventorum and Quasardastan. The Quasardastan team was the home team, but that didn't help them win the game – the opposing team dominated for almost the entire match. In the first half, the teams exchanged a few shots on goal and, overall, the game was fairly even; things started to pick up after an unsuccessful shot by K. Bamballio, which led to a crucial corner kick for Quasardastan – P. Frigidan took a favorable shot for the Ventorum forward, resulting in Bamballio scoring the first goal of the match with a header. Eight minutes later, Frigidan fouled one of the Quasardastan players and received a yellow card. For the rest of the half, Rex Ventorum continued to press hard, but they couldn't score again. The second half was a continuation of the second half of the first half, with the only difference being that it was more productive for the leading team. In the 65th minute, Bamballio scored his second goal, and just two minutes later, Primus Frontalis added another goal for Rex Ventorum. In the 74th minute, Bamballio completed his hat-trick after a successful pass from Frontalis.
