Well, everything seems pretty good overall, but the conference hall is a bit expensive, in my opinion... and the worst part is some kind of mandatory "pioneer" activity... In general, people come there to relax from all over the country, and they're all adults, but it feels like they're in some kind of pioneer camp under supervision...
The funniest thing is having to collect the empty bottles - I can't imagine Dimasik DD in that role - it's a conflict of interest, or at least it seems that way, and it's just silly and doesn't feel right!

The price is quite reasonable for the current situation – it’s like a banquet, but we’ll all be together anyway, drinking and having fun – why not organize it properly? Kostya and Ksenia will sing, we’ll dance, and we’ll have a great evening of performances – why not? Otherwise, everything seems reasonable to me.

Won't they bother checking if we deposited all the alcohol with the bank? :D Nighttime parties + alcohol-fueled fun in cottages, judging by Bert's description, are not prohibited for us... The price isn't small, but in the current circumstances, it's not exorbitant either; I think it's worth it.

Dear friends, I will try to add a few words of my own to clarify the situation regarding accommodation, meals, etc.

So, here is the minimum price calculation for accommodation for one hardcore gamer for 7 days (based on two people per standard room):
1. Room rate: 3 days (weekdays) at 1,000 + 3 days (weekends) at 1,250 + 1 day as a gift = 6750
2. Festive banquet: 2300
3. Conference hall rental (based on 40 people) = 25000/40 x 7 days = 4375,

Total: 13425 rubles for seven days of accommodation.
For this amount, you get accommodation, breakfast (buffet), a luxurious festive banquet, access to the sports complex with a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, etc. (1 hour per day), and, of course, 24-hour use of the conference hall, as well as free use of the football and volleyball fields, and free karaoke.
Regarding the complex scheme for bringing your own alcohol, there is a rule: for regular users of this resort, bringing your own drinks is PROHIBITED, but for us, it is ALLOWED. However, this scheme was devised to avoid creating unnecessary hype and envy among other visitors to the resort, although, as I understand it, we can manage without it. We will discuss the options on the spot.
And finally, the last question concerns full board meals. Ordering full board is welcome, but NOT MANDATORY, so you can decide on your meals as you wish.

Now, let's talk about adjustments.
We might be able to gather 40 people, including women and children. However, women and children don't have to pay for the conference hall. The banquet is also free for children. As for food, everyone knows the food quality at the bases (the Minsk administration promised a restaurant, but it turned out to be a regular pioneer-style canteen). 400 rubles for lunch is equivalent to two venues in Moscow. For Volgograd, a reasonable price for lunch would be 200 rubles, and for dinner, 150 rubles. I think everyone will agree to that for meals.
Considering the cost of the conference hall per day, it should be equipped with audio equipment: a wireless microphone and an amplifier that can be connected to a laptop for music, and decent speakers "without distortion" (meaning, as long as I don't speak into the microphone, there shouldn't be any distortion in the speakers).
The total cost of the conference hall will be approximately 800 rubles per person (assuming a quorum of 40 people).
The administration needs to understand that our group, at any time of day or night, will have the right to be anywhere on the base, in any condition, and with any number of people. Problems with other guests are not our problem. We should be able to freely enter and leave the base grounds at any time of day or night, including with alcohol.

I calculated the estimated cost: me + wife + 2 children. We need 48,500 rubles, assuming the conference hall rental doesn't exceed 625 rubles per day, and we travel by car (1600 km round trip). It's more than I initially planned to spend, but we'll try our best, as the desire to meet with people outweighs temporary financial difficulties...

It's a serious base - and that's not a bad thing. When you check in, you'll go through face control - with a search. You can't bring your own alcohol! There's a condition, which is described in my post - I don't see any problems.

Same here. Prepare for 65-70, and it will be fine. Of course, it's a significant amount for a family, but damn, I really want to go!!!))) So, we'll save on everything. And now, everything has really become more expensive. The mandatory fee is not ideal, but it's a business, and they are counting on it. Regarding alcohol, I suggest putting a couple of cases of something in the trunks of those who are driving. They will be parked on the premises. And we'll figure out how to discreetly and calmly get what we need at any time of day without arguing with the administration or undermining the organizers' authority. The banquet is also not expensive (considering what's included). And as mentioned above, we will definitely gather to celebrate the meeting and the opening, so why not have a banquet?
