Annual festival. Auto-translated

The caste of sales consultants.

The caste of merchandisers.

There are several factions: a faction of self-sacrificing guys (poor folks who are involved in politics), a faction of schoolchildren (they run across rooftops, do parkour, take risks at every opportunity, but they also receive military training and have the right to own weapons, and they are also the local police), a faction of straightforward people (they are supposedly honest, but they confuse honesty with rudeness, and they often lie, and they are also lawyers), a faction of hippies (who are also farmers, don't ask what they grow), and a faction of intellectuals (who are scientists).

a caste of straightforward people, they are supposedly honest, and they are also lawyers.

I don't even know if this is the most brilliant invention of mankind or the most impossible idea in the Universe. Probably both.
But is there a caste of cleaners? Or sales consultants? Who does these kinds of jobs?

Egorich performs these types of tasks using a tractor.

Who knows. There are supposedly "casteless" people, but in reality, it's a caste of homeless people, guys who were kicked out of other castes. But there are a lot of problems with the castes. For example, the castes are supposedly designed for "rationality," to make society more efficient. Children are born into the castes of their parents, but then they take a test that determines which caste they have an aptitude for... but they can freely choose any caste. However, once they've done that, they can't leave it. RATIONALITY. There are "Divergents," people with an aptitude for any of the castes. But it's so irrational to have a smart, brave, honest, peaceful, and selfless person in society, so they kill them. Because of RATIONALITY.

There are "Divergents," people with an aptitude for any of the factions.

Simultaneously truthful and intelligent? Or a truthful hippie? Or an honest schoolkid? They would have to kill a lot of people.

But I now better understand why this is an anti-utopia; schoolchildren are the only ones allowed to carry and use weapons.

Because RATIONALITY

The world is essentially irrational, the book is garbage.

That’s why I say it’s even worse than “The Hunger Games”; the society in “Divergent” completely defies common sense.

Kind Shaman was walking along his usual path, heading towards adventure, and humming an epic song. However, after one of the turns, he encountered guards.
-- What happened? -- asked the Shaman.
-- You are under arrest, -- the guards replied curtly and took the Shaman into custody.
Very soon, he found himself in the nearest town, and the next day, he was led to the gallows.
-- Kind Shaman, you are accused of persistent begging, inciting rebellion, and having an excessively good ear. What do you have to say in your defense?
-- I am innocent...
-- Carry out the sentence!
The executioner didn't hesitate...
Kind Shaman has been executed, and night has fallen. Send in your NDs.

Thank you to everyone who voted for me...

That's why I say it's even worse than "The Hunger Games"; the society in "Divergent" absolutely defies common sense.

But that's the point... If there were a reasonable amount of common sense, it wouldn't be a dystopia... In "Fahrenheit 451," books were burned not exactly for rational reasons either.

Read "1984," my friend. If you disregard the third part of the book, everything else there is quite rational. Rational in the sense that the system works and doesn't fall apart, as long as you ask only one question.

Ment, thanks for the advice on how to stage executions in Mafia. But you could have chosen someone else to demonstrate on, lol.
