Annual festival.

There are several factions: a faction of self-sacrificing guys (poor folks who are involved in politics), a faction of schoolchildren (they run across rooftops, do parkour, take risks at every opportunity, but they also receive military training and have the right to own weapons, and they are also the local police), a faction of straightforward people (they are supposedly honest, but they confuse honesty with rudeness, and they often lie, and they are also lawyers), a faction of hippies (who are also farmers, don't ask what they grow), and a faction of intellectuals (who are scientists).
