The "Evil Romantic" responded to the chess blitz. He immediately suggested playing for a stake. When asked if he had a rating, he answered no. After learning that I had a rating of 1, he persistently suggested playing for a stake :D. When he didn't get my agreement, we just played for fun. The "Evil Romantic" won on time (I haven't played in a while), but in reality, it was probably just an extra pawn in the endgame or a draw. When asked why he said he didn't have a rating, he replied, "I don't have a rating, I have the title of Candidate Master!!!!!!!:smile49:

Play a couple of games and post reports, otherwise they probably won't accept you (you can still make it before the deadline).

The problem is that it's not easy to get into the seasonal league either – you need to play fun games first :D But, in principle, if the person is from another forum and there are people who can vouch for him, then I think he can be accepted that way, although the final decision, of course, rests with the organizers.
