Maybe one of the captains (who receives votes) won't submit their votes and won't participate in the draw. wowa will only play in the first bracket (and his votes might be useful in case of a tie between the 20th and 21st captains). Registration for the Autumn 2014 Crusader Tournament is complete; registration for the next, winter stage of the Crusader tournament will begin in November.
