For the past two days, I've been struggling with a lost driver disc for my video card. I just completely reinstalled Windows, and the drivers are gone... Ugh... My computer doesn't recognize the graphics card, and no games work...:(
And I was just starting to replay the somewhat forgotten Neverwinter Nights! I guess I'll have to install HoMM III and play a map to relieve some stress...:mad:

I don't have unlimited data. :( And besides, they'll be reinstalling Windows again in a few days. I won't be installing anything new for now, not even ICQ. :(

I can suggest making copies of the necessary programs and saving them to a CD.

Oh my god, they are all necessary.
They will completely fix my computer, and I will also ask them to install all the programs. It's paid anyway, so let them bring everything into proper order. :(

As for me, I just ignored the traffic... why not, it's Friday! And Downloaded the drivers from the net.:smile33: Anyway, I think I'll have to spend a few days this week without a computer while they repair it... so I can afford to waste some megabytes. Just got back from Neverwinter, great, Friday was a success! Now I can finally get some sleep.:smile54:
One last question for the public: the other day I spilled beer on my keyboard, immediately rinsed it under water and dried it... Do you think it'll survive?:( I'm using a spare keyboard for now, but the soaked one is better...

every time I visit, he's almost always at the computer, and he always manages to make a mess... either he spills soup on the keyboard, or he gets grated carrots all over the mouse... and so on. =)

And if I shake my keyboard, I can always find a bunch of crumbs. I'm guilty:o But there's simply no other way to do it, otherwise I wouldn't have enough time.

As they say, "even if you take everything away from a programmer except their computer, they'll still survive for TWO WEEKS by eating... crumbs from the keyboard":):):)

I always eat in front of the computer... it's a bad, ingrained habit... I have such a collection of crumbs and debris hidden inside the keyboard...
