Just got back from the club. Contrary to all expectations, the admins will generate heroes for all the machines themselves, so it took a minimum of time.
We also managed to resolve the issue with the screen; the club administration will also provide maximum assistance in this matter.
Regarding the streams: the internet channel allows for streaming without any lag; the outgoing traffic is around 10 MB. The question remains: who will want to/be able to take on this task? Although we can simply rotate streamers periodically. The only potential problem might be with audibility (for the players who will be streamed), but this is a solvable issue in principle. If we decide to do a stream, it would be great if someone could bring a webcam – I personally don't have one.
As for personal devices (headphones, keyboard, mouse, etc.), you can bring your own if you want; they can be connected.
And I was pleasantly surprised by Bishop's enthusiasm, aka Vasily :) (he was the one who suggested I check out this club), who also came to help with the software setup without any prior agreement – respect :smile20:

I wanted to dispel a myth about the upcoming event. This establishment, specifically the internet cafe, is a public place, and according to Russian law, drinking alcohol is prohibited there. The owner of the cafe also noted this, but considering the fact that all the computers are rented, he doesn't mind as long as everything is done discreetly and without excessive behavior. So, I advise those who plan to come here to drink to reconsider their plans, so that no one gets into trouble or we get asked to leave.

I can stream matches if we organize broadcasts with opponents' computers connected to mine (I can bring my laptop).

The most important thing is to bring the designated driver, otherwise he won't make it and will get lost, so keep an eye on him.
