What about the non-licensed Heroes of Might and Magic game?
Should we reconsider?

x10x This document is not required, and Buka cannot provide it, because recently, all rights to the entire Heroes series belong to Ubisoft; they have something like a franchise.
The prizes that Buka allocates for the winners will be in stock only by February 17; they will send these prizes by mail.
We will need the delivery address and full name from the winners; Moscow residents will be able to pick up the prizes themselves; we will sort out this issue.

Now, regarding the tournament itself, there is a very strong requirement for all participants to take the arrival time at the club seriously. I remind you that the gathering and registration confirmation is from 9:00 to 10:00, plus or minus 30 minutes. We don't have much time to fit the tournament into two days, so lateness and other delays are definitely not part of our plans.

Now, regarding alcohol, when I wrote that the club owner gave the go-ahead for food/drinks (including alcohol), I only meant without going overboard:
- firstly, there is physically no space to set up a feast.
- secondly, this is prohibited at the legislative level in the Russian Federation, and if someone starts to riot or simply excessively enjoy life while intoxicated, we will end the tournament either on the street or at the police station; this is not a joke.
- thirdly, if we cause a disturbance there, I will let down the club administration, which I really don't want to do, given that they are doing everything possible to help us hold this tournament with maximum comfort.

I personally have nothing against alcohol and plan to calmly sip beer/whiskey, but I am responsible for myself, and as you understand, I cannot control others, so no one will restrict anyone in anything, but if something goes wrong ("overboard"), I will personally kick them out of the club, even if the administration remains silent.
Don't forget that the goal of the tournament is to play your favorite game, meet old/new friends, and not get completely drunk in the first two hours.

Furthermore, since the club is designed for about 17-18 people (users), and there will be more of us, I ask everyone to wipe their feet at the entrance or bring a change of shoes if it's not difficult, so that the club does not turn into a pigsty in the first two hours, which will be unpleasant for you to be in; this also applies to other cleanliness (clean up after yourself, keep things tidy).

I understand that on paper it looks like a set of rules in a prison, but I couldn't help but say it; all of the above assumes only the most unfavorable scenarios (people are different), please understand.
