Besides the Moon, my second hero was in a bad situation, and I was completely broke.
I took Rampart and Dungeon computers, but the opponent didn't go for it and refused the auto-pick.

Regarding the first game - Moon is too overpowered - in the mid-game, she rushed in with 50-99 cows on the main castle with 12 spells and took it - it's just ridiculous (it just worked out well there - my setup wasn't that great, but it was very promising - there was a Hat 5 level behind the outposts, KO, KV, and KZ, everything was being taken quietly, but on turn 123, Moon rushes in - besides Moon, no one else would have been able to get through and takes KV and KO (well, and then I just ran around trying to find something - in the end, I took KZ (for 120 fanatics on the grass) and the Hat - but unfortunately, it was already too late + I didn't have enough resources (and in the second game - I should have just postponed it and not played today - thanks for the games.
