In short, it's impossible to guess these clues. Especially the one about the beetles. I only managed to find Maximilian de Choduar, but that didn't really help.
So, it seems that something like this did happen after all.
Now about the firm positions. I propose we execute Zlobny Yashur based on the clue about wormholes, which I first mentioned in post #489. Since then, I haven't changed my mind about this interpretation, despite some people trying to shift the focus elsewhere.
