In conclusion, out of all the information about the clues, only the one for "March 10th" related to Red can be considered somewhat plausible. And psychologically, Red seems a bit suspicious.

And why couldn't the paladin be the murderer? Or did I just miss it in the discussion? Personally, my imagination paints a picture of a paladin with a hefty hammer (yes, I know I should play less of that kind of stuff). Or is it now that whatever is in the picture is used as a weapon? @___@
I don't have any good ideas about the clues, and I don't want to come up with more, because, as someone pointed out, half of the players are already on the list of suspects.

And here I am, getting to the topic just half an hour before the end of the day. I skimmed through the discussions – it seems a bit unclear regarding the clues, so I’ll vote for NNV’s execution. Here’s what I think about the murder: I believe Vespers was a Satyr. As for the murderer, I agree with Heroist – based on the weapon, it could be an Ogre, a Standard Bearer, or a Dwarf Leader. However: the Standard Bearer is a rather important role for the Orcs, and without any protection, so it’s unlikely they would have put it at risk in the first night. The Ogre fits all the parameters except for the conversation, so I think it was the Dwarf who killed – he has a chance to kill a second target, and it would be logical for him to use that opportunity.

Maybe Lolodin could have done it. But it's more logical to rely on the pictures, because you can imagine a lot of things, but the pictures and descriptions are the same for everyone (and I know a thing or two about the process of creating Aroy sets). Plus, then another Mafia kill disappears, and we have quite a few cautious maniacs, but it's often illogical for the Mafia to sit without kills.

Although, I still doubt it was Lolodin; that's a very extreme option, something like "Ara is completely crazy." For now, we're thinking it might be a gnome.
