And here I am, getting to the topic just half an hour before the end of the day. I skimmed through the discussions – it seems a bit unclear regarding the clues, so I’ll vote for NNV’s execution. Here’s what I think about the murder: I believe Vespers was a Satyr. As for the murderer, I agree with Heroist – based on the weapon, it could be an Ogre, a Standard Bearer, or a Dwarf Leader. However: the Standard Bearer is a rather important role for the Orcs, and without any protection, so it’s unlikely they would have put it at risk in the first night. The Ogre fits all the parameters except for the conversation, so I think it was the Dwarf who killed – he has a chance to kill a second target, and it would be logical for him to use that opportunity.
