New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
We started a game a while ago, and today when we tried to load it, we got an error. The opponent said that we need to download the old HD version that we were playing on, otherwise we won't be able to finish the game. What is this? Is this how it's supposed to be?
...I think it makes sense to make this wait time either infinite or, at most, customizable?
Is it true that you can get a very advantageous outcome on quick battles between turns?
Today, in a game between Amilu and Stinger, a situation arose: Stinger stepped away from the computer, and when he returned, his main hero had died, killed by the computer. Stinger had the first speed, meaning the computer attacked, the quick battle ended, and it waited for a certain number of seconds for him to accept the results. Since the player wasn't at the computer, the result was automatically accepted after some time.
This is a very unpleasant issue. If it exists, it has probably been written about before, and I think it would make sense to make this waiting time at least infinite or, at most, configurable?

Yes, that happened to me on mod 3.46 on Mininostalgia. I passed the turn and stepped away from the computer for a while, and the computer attacked and killed my hero in the castle. Since I wasn't near the computer, the quick battle option didn't ask me if I wanted to replay the battle manually.

In Heroes 3, there's a missing feature from Heroes 5: when you upgrade a spell, besides the example of gaining an experience slow effect, the base effect remains as well... which would be very helpful for encounters where you don't want to reveal your upgraded spell but still want to slow down the enemy.
It would be great to implement a feature that shows the turn order of neutral creatures. Otherwise, they get mixed up in battle, and you sometimes end up attacking the wrong ones because you can't remember who goes next. =)

The initiative bar is certainly a nice feature, but I think it's an overkill because the turn order is an important aspect of the game that needs to be monitored.
