First of all, I want to apologize to Vitalik. I personally invited him to participate in the tournament, but completely forgot that he is on the blacklist. My apologies for this silly situation. Also, Refereal and Pupa were denied participation. Guys, we know absolutely nothing about you; start playing a season, and then you can enter tournaments. Vinceras and Angry Russian Man decided to withdraw from the tournament due to lack of time. Well, and I decided at the last moment to sign up for the tournament :smile28:. In total, there are 75 people (one spot for late registration). The tournament will be held using the Swiss system with 7 rounds. Places 1-7 advance to the main FB tournament. The draw was done using a program. A permanent ХВ rating was used for the draw. You can see the starting list below. The first round is played on the template 6lm10a. Time limit: 8 minutes! Deadline for Round 1 is March 17, 2013 inclusive. Good luck to everyone!
