Congratulations to Pita – the winner of today’s club tournament. I sat next to him and witnessed his incredibly high level of play.

Absolutely. I've been watching the best players live for many years, and only Impa hasn't managed to win.
Until someone proves in person, live, that they are top-tier, doubts remain.

Ofcourse im a HW player. I see HW as the leading site in the world when it comes to skilled players and organizing. I played on the site for more than a year, many tournaments and regular games. What more do you want from me? I need to learn russian or what? Or I need to quit WCL?

And I cant play with dd/fly??? Try and take a look a the results of the tournaments from last year where DD/fly were allowed. I think they speak for themselves. Just because I find them overpowered and annoying dosent mean I cant play with them.

And like some other players I want to thank my supporter for his support aswell.

In all nominations, everyone votes based on their own criteria; we all have a slightly different idea of what a Player is. What is more important – quantity or quality? And even better, when there is a lot of both.
In 2012, as the host of the season and tournaments, I remember the excellent results of Gomunguls and Maretti. Both play a lot, successfully, stream their games, don't choose their opponents, and don't run away from strong players. Vitaly also doesn't post many of his victories (and still consistently ranks in the top three), otherwise he would definitely have at least one more medal this year. Both won tournaments this year:
Gomunguls - HeroesWorld Cup - 2012 and FB-6,
Maretti - The Battle of Favorites! - 4 and Jebus Cross-2.

For Pit - the winner of today's club tournament. We sat next to him, and I saw a very high level of play.

As for Pit, he doesn't play enough to be considered a Player, and he already has two Pegasuses, which is quite enough; he doesn't need to breed a whole herd :smile17: :smile13:

Player of 2008 - Dubrovin Pavel for his superb game in the season – for 3 seasons in a row, he didn't give anyone a single chance.
Player of 2009 - Pit for LM for victories in several tournaments and Interportal.
Player of 2010 - FireToSky - victories and prize-winning places in tournaments on various resources, rapid progress in the game.
Player of 2011 - Pit for LM for successful play in Interportal and victory in the M-200% No. 4 tournament.

I'll vote for Maretti. I've beaten Vityalyu many times, but I haven't managed to beat Maretti yet (as far as I remember). Maybe it's the matchup, or maybe DD - Fly isn't my forte. In any case, respect to both of them.
