For example, if they had created groups, as ariputra suggested, the coefficient would be extremely small. But, in our case with the external market, I think it will be very large because the necessity is overwhelming, and one small rule won't significantly spoil the atmosphere. That's why we can allow ourselves this change.

There are things that simply give some advantage in development, such as external dwellings, cons, external dwellings, etc. And there are things that are very difficult to counter in an average setup—such as diplomacy, fort on a hill, cartographer. In m200, the economy is a very important part of the game, much more important than when playing by HeroesWorld rules. And you also have to survive long enough to get to cons and external dwellings, and buy them, which again requires money, of which there is very little. In general, it's enough to just play m200 and experience what the external market feels like firsthand.

I wrote about the fact that "banning the market only by mutual agreement" means doing nothing—this amendment absolutely does not solve the problem. By mutual agreement, you can agree to play on any terms, you can even just concede the victory to your opponent without playing. The external market was unbalanced and remains so. And in the choice of being for or against the market, the advantage lies with those who are for it, that is, those who favor a less balanced game. If the market is banned by default, then if only one wants it—the second is obligated to play without the market, i.e., in a more balanced game. There's no way to achieve balance there, no matter how many tweaks you make. A well-placed external dwelling or a properly sized Griffin Conservatory more than makes up for the external market.

As I understand it, these rules have been used many times before; they were created by the organizers, they work, and you're playing your favorite game. Think about your own tournament; there are so many creative people here. Create several NEW templates and offer them for discussion; then you'll see how difficult it is, BUT... a new, interesting tournament might emerge.

I believe that the external market should be allowed. The more the rules deviate from the generally accepted ones (regarding seasonal bans), the easier it is to unintentionally break them. I fully support the decision made by the lead.
