A tournament without spectators really does resemble a gathering and entertainment for the players themselves, as someone already mentioned. To attract spectators, you need to interest them (e.g., with top players, a large number of participants, competitiveness, intrigue, etc.), and also provide opportunities to satisfy that interest by showing online streams and providing comprehensive coverage of the tournament. This is what I would like to wish the organizers.
P.S. If we're being picky about the name, a CIS tournament shouldn't include participants from Ukraine (as it's not part of the CIS).

I personally liked the tournament :D There were some minor drawbacks, but overall everything went well. The impressions of the city and the communication were among the most vivid I've experienced. So I would come to Kyiv again to get to know the city better.

Yes, I am like that; I could have spat too. :) Vitalik was competing in Moscow, where the strongest players were in the qualifier, a real group of death. And he finished in 5th place, along with two others... or rather, three people tied for 3rd-5th place. And all the others couldn't make it. And many people thanked me for what I said about the great Alex; he was really annoying everyone on the forum with his swearing and excessive arrogance... And it was all just words... I also only used words. ;) But Alex let us down twice with the Chinese players (because of him, we had a draw).
