Yesterday I played a fun Jebus Cross game on WT with Katherine (and this scourge has reached her too , almost as bad as cheating :( ). I still don't understand: should I write a report or not, and if I do, where to send it, whether to post the saves, and so on?
If you want, write a report for the season. Judging by the intermediate results (they are unlikely to change much), I will take reports into account. Attach the saves to the report; maybe someone will be interested in seeing the true skill level of Katherine.PReDS
... continuing the topic, I propose banning irresponsible hosts...
We ban people for violating forum rules. And it's strange: abandoning a tournament and flaking on several dozen players doesn't seem to break the forum rules... It could be added to the Black List, though.scorp
...1) streaming the entire desktop (doesn't provide protection, but it's more for rehabilitation)
Well, we had such a streamer quite recently...scorp
2) create a thread: "DARK Reports", after 30-50(???) reports, maybe she herself will start to despise cheaters and play fair
Mish, I don't want to deal with something like that, it's completely uninteresting to me. And I doubt anyone would want to moderate such a thread.Exit
especially since Pit himself said that catching clones is problematic
Yeah, problematic in terms of time investment. Hundreds of players, mostly beginners, play in the season. But when some completely unknown beginner suddenly starts showing high results, it's usually either an experienced player from another forum, someone's clone, or a cheater... In that case, you inevitably have to dig into IPs. But it's hard to build a reputation with clones.Captain
Vitalik was then coming from Moscow, where the strongest players were in the qualifier, a real group of death. And he took fifth place there, along with two others... or to be precise, three people placed 3rd-5th.
You're slightly mistaken. Three people scored 3 points and took 2nd-4th place. And vitalic firmly took 5th place alone:StickyFingaz
