Most likely, this is because you leveled up Sandor to a hero with the Tears reputation in the first mission. This causes a critical error in the second mission. Replay the first mission without choosing that reputation.Does the message pop up? Did you develop Sandor's reputation?

2. Buy another disc.
3. Because you "spoiled" it by entering it during game activation; now you need to contact Buka, here here they might be able to help you, but I'm afraid your situation is different from the one they describe.
